Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF)

The FC-MLB (Falconclaw Modular Lightweight Bridge) mounts two devices side by side on one helmet mount. It ships with both J-arms, so a pair of PVS-14 or THE-14 monoculars bridges into a binocular setup out of the box. Swapping one side over to a PFN640+ thermal requires the separate MLB PFN640+ arm.

Legacy product. The MLB is no longer in production. The remaining stock is the last of it.

Why dual mount NVD and thermal?

Having both thermal and NVD on your head provides rapid access to the advantages of each:

NVD:

• Short to mid-range identification
• Detail clarity
• Navigation
• Passive and active aiming
• Tactical maneuvers
• Driving

Thermal:

• Long-range scanning/detection
• Usable in no-light conditions
• Virtually impossible to hide heat signatures
• Effective in adverse weather conditions (rain, fog, snow, sandstorms)
• Visibility through smoke
